Jonathan Maffey leads the Applied Intelligence practice for EMEA at The Hackett Group, working with global enterprises across financial services, manufacturing, energy, and consumer goods on digital transformation and the adoption of advanced technologies including Agentic AI.
He has spent his career at the intersection of technology and operational change — delivering large-scale transformation programmes across FTSE 100 companies with PwC, and advising C-suite leaders on how structured data and intelligent automation change the way regulated organisations operate.
Jonathan holds a BA (Hons), MA, ACA, BFP, and MCMI ChMC, alongside four AI qualifications from MIT and Oxford.
