Oscar is a Waste Management Specialist. His career began in 1994 when he started working as a waste collector, combining it with his studies in Agricultural Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He continued his professional development & completed an MBA at the Madrid Chamber of Commerce and he is currently studying Law at UDIMA.
