Luis Planas Herrera - Policy Assistant to the Director General for the Environment at European Commission. He assists the Director General in achieving her objectives and fulfilling the mission of the DG in particular for matters related to Circular Economy and International Affairs. Luis Planas Herrera also facilitates the coordination between DG Environment and the Cabinets of Commissioner Sinkevičius and Executive Vice-President Timmermans.
